• Circuit Training Machines – Arranged and numbered from largest to smallest muscle groups, providing a full body workout.
Large free weight selection and a member rewards program
• Large free weight floor consisting of dumbbells (2lbs-120lbs), Olympic benches, smith machine, squat rack, cable line machine and much more.
