At Fitness 19 Lime Kiln, we pride ourselves on our personal training department. With over 20 plus years of experience, our certified personal trainers are passionately committed to changing the lives of people, by helping them to adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle.
Each individual client is provide with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support, motivation and educational resources that will allow them to explore their own fitness potential and enhance the overall quality of their lives.
